IndicAlert.com ("IndicAlert", "we", "us", or "our") offers a refund policy for users who are not satisfied with their purchase. To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:

  • The refund request must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Your account must be in good standing and not have violated our Terms of Service.
  • You don't have to provide any reason for the refund request. You can ask for refund anyway.

3. Refund Approval

Once your refund request is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take 7 days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
